Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Ethical practices in organizations are critical for building a positive reputation, fostering trust with stakeholders, and ensuring long-term success. Corporate communication plays a significant role in promoting ethical behavior by establishing clear codes of conduct, communicating organizational values, and creating a culture of transparency and accountability.
